Payments & Refunds
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, which will be added where applicable.
Payments are required in advance for setup fees, subscriptions, and usage-based charges.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
• All setup fees are non-refundable
• Subscription fees are billed monthly
• Usage credits included as part of a plan reset monthly and are non-refundable
• Additional usage credits purchased remain available until used but are non-refundable
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment details.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, systems, documentation, templates, and materials provided as part of HeroPro.ai are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, or reuse any part of the platform or materials without our written permission.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use HeroPro.ai to:
• Break any laws or regulations
• Send spam, fraudulent, or misleading communications
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the platform or its infrastructure
• Infringe on the rights of others
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

**Fair Use Policy
Your monthly platform fee includes a £100 AI usage credit, designed to support normal sales, support, and lead qualification activity while ensuring fair and reliable system usage for all clients.
AI usage is charged directly to the customer at £0.03 per message and £0.195 per minute of AI voice calls.
Example usage: £100 typically covers approximately 3,300 AI chat messages, around 8.5 hours of AI voice calls, or a combination of both.
Included usage credits are non-refundable and reset monthly. Any additional usage credit purchased remains available in your account until used. Purchased credits are non-refundable.
All accounts include up to 5 employee logins and 100,000 contacts as standard. Higher user and contact limits are available if required.
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and will be added where applicable.
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable data protection, privacy, and communication regulations in their operating regions.
Platform performance and availability may be affected by third-party carriers, network providers, and regional infrastructure conditions outside our direct control.
